Mary Ajala

Mary Ajala is the proud owner of MarycleLashes. Ambitious and highly accountable, Mary is a recent MBA graduate from the University of Bridgeport and is now a Project Coordinator for Peacock, NBCUniversal Media and handles business operations and tracks projects from start to finish. Mary wasn’t always in the beauty industry; in fact her previous jobs were down a different career path. She started her customer service career working as a Resident Assistant at the University of Bridgeport and a Sr. Sales Specialist with Victoria’s Secret. Realizing she had a knack for public relations, she interned with WPKN and NBC during and after her time at the University of Bridgeport. She worked as a Press Intern for GreenHouse Publicity and a Marketing Coordinator and Residential Director for the University of Bridgeport.

Lashing has always been Mary’s passion since high school. She started applying lash extension clusters on herself and the rest was history. Others admired her work while in college and would inquire about her services. This led to Mary building a brand that she fell in love with and soon, she became immersed in the lash industry, obtaining her lash certification. Mary stated “I am the happiest when lashing and couldn’t imagine my life without it.” The goal is for her client’s appointment to be an experience of Zen. Clients can give themselves a moment of wellness, happiness, relaxation, and peace.
