Can I put mascara on my lash extensions?

Some department stores do have lash extension safe mascara, but we advise all clients to avoid mascara all together.

Can I wet my lashes?

Yes! Please wait 24 hours after your service to wet them.

Can I wash my lashes?

Yes! We advise clients to wash their lashes every week with our Lash Shampoo Available Here. Also, after any makeup application.

When should I come in for a refill?

We recommend for Classic sets, every 2 weeks and for Hybrid or Volume every 3 weeks. We also recommend 40% of your extensions left to be considered a fill.

Are lash extensions safe?

Lash extensions are absolutely safe and promotes lash growth. With great lash care, lash placements promotes amazing results.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • No Shows: Deposit will not be refunded.

  • Late: Each client will be granted a 15 minutes grace period before a $10 late fee is required. If you are more than 25 minutes late, you are subject to an appointment cancellation with no refund of your deposit.

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required before service.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the total at the end of your service. You will not be able to continue with the form unless your deposit is paid.

  • The location of MarycleLashes salon will be sent via the contact information provided in the form. We are located in Roselle, NJ.

  • You are required to come with clean lashes that are free of makeup, mascara and oil based products. Otherwise a $10 lash cleanse will be added to your service.

  • LASH FILLS: Refills require 40% of your lashes to be left on each eye, otherwise it will be charged as a full set.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return Policy: Thank you for your purchase we hope you are happy with it. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant any returns and/or exchanges at this moment.
Refunds: Unfortunately, we are not able to grant any refunds at this time.
Exceptions: For defective or damaged products when received, please contact us at maryclelashes@gmail.com to arrange an exchange with the subject line Received Damaged Item.

ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELATION, & CHANGES

All Orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. For additional information regarding our return policy please read our return policy.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

 

 
 

COVID-19 Policy

  • If you are sick please inform us to reschedule your appointment. Please do not come in if you feel ill and let us as soon as you can if you are feeling sick. No proper notification results in a no call no show, and your deposit will not be refunded or reconsidered.

  • When you arrive to you appointment, please contact us at 973-342-2313 and we will direct you to the appropriate location. All contact information will be provided once your deposit is paid.

  • Upon entry you will be asked to apply hand sanitizer provided by MarycleLashes.

  • No extra guest permitted at all.

  • Masks are required for ALL appointments. No mask results in a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled.

  • We will not be accepting cash at our appointments.

 
 

Loyalty Cards

Every client will receive (1) loyalty card during your time of visit. Please make sure to always show your card to your technician so they can stamp off the service you received. Buy 7 treatments, get the 8th free.
